Which? Customer Satisfaction Survey... The Results
The energy industry might be dominated by the ‘Big 6’ but it’s the smaller companies leading the way for providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction according to Which? For the fourth year running, Ebico has been placed in the ‘top 5’ and we recorded our highest rating yet of customer satisfaction with 73%.

Tackling Fuel Poverty in Southampton
tEC’s Energy Outreach Team has been proactive in delivering projects to help tackle fuel poverty in their region and The Ebico Trust has been supporting them financially for the past year.
